The Healing Power of Music Part 2

 Last year I  had the honor to share with my viewers two of my favorite musicians, Naima Shalhoub and Sa-Roc.  I ordered their latest albums and merchandise and was very pleased. These two artists are different in genre and style but singular in a revolutionary tone.  I am still finding so much healing in taking time to listen to this amazing music while woking on my self-care. Sa Roc is one of today’s best MC’s. She has carved out her own lane through a combination of airtight wordplay and intelligent concepts. Warm Up with Our Lavender Hot Chocolate Recipe

I never thought of adding Lavender Essential oil to my hot chocolate. What a brilliant idea.  Because of its floral notes and enchanting flavor, Lavender is a delicious addition to many foods. Take your hot chocolate from ordinary to gourmet by adding a little Lavender Vitality ™ to the mix. Try it and let me know what you think in the comments .  Ingredients 4 cups unsweetened almond, dairy, or other milk of your choice 8 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4 teaspoons honey, or more to taste 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil Instructions Heat 4 cups of milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat. Add 8 tablespoons unsweetened raw cocoa, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 4 teaspoons honey; whisk until smooth. When warm, remove from heat and stir in 4 drops Lavender Vitality essential oil.  Serve and Enjoy!
