Essential Oils for Tension Headaches and Migraines
At your desk all day video conferencing?
Have a tension headache or migraine?
Before you take that pill...try this instead.
Place a few drops of carrier oil like Coconut, Avocado, Jojoba or Olive Oil in the middle of your palm.
Add two or three drops of Young Living's (YL) Peppermint Essential Oil (E.O)
Add two or three drops of YL's Lavender Essential Oil (Young Living has been my E.O of choice since 2007)
Place on fingertips
Massage on temples giving extra attention to tender spots while taking deep breaths
Massage oils on the back of your neck
Cup your hands over your nose. Be very careful not to get oils on face and eyes, and breathe deeply. Make sure to take a few deep breaths and
Drink an 8 oz cup of water or more in necessary.
